Pictures!

We have started Unit 6 in Bridges! It is all about geometry! Today we were talking about different types of quadrilaterals. Each group was assigned a special quadrilateral and had to figure out what made their quadrilateral special. Was it the fact that it had 4 congruent sides? Does it have exactly 4 right angles? Does it have 2 sets of parallel lines? Only 1 set of parallel lines?

Some pictures from skating today! Can't wait to go again next week!

Learning Characteristics Forms and Permission Slip
If you are participating in Fine Arts Night please return the new permission slip. We are beginning the placement process and would like all Learning Characteristics Forms back soon. They are helpful in the placement process, as well as some initial information for your child's new teacher!

Today we had two guest readers, Rob and Stephen, from Essex High School! They shared two stories with us and answered questions about being in high school and playing sports! It was so much fun having these guests!
